Trump’s voice howled and tore through the truth, ripping social norms from the roots of the Constitution and inciting a mob to attack the Capitol. The nation watched helplessly from afar. All the nation wanted was a peaceful transition of power, instead we had an attempted coup. How did this happen?

The opinion of this publication is to establish the premise that the events leading up to and on January 6th, 2021, were fabricated on the “BIG LIE” told by Donald Trump and his associates. The nation observed and saw the results of the election not favoring Trump. Trump lost but has still not conceded to Biden, as he should have humbly done. Instead he rallied the Republican party and cult like followers and lied to them. The way this country has always worked, is by the peaceful transfer of power when the public votes a president and his party out of office.
A bold-faced lie is an impudent, brazen, shameless, flagrant, or audacious lie that is sometimes but not always undisguised and that it is even then not always obvious to those hearing it.
